The service was quite good and the staff was really cooperative. Mr.Rohit was really cooperative and had a really good behaviour towards us . The food tasted quite good. The dining and decoration were beautiful and my overall experience was really good .

Excellent location to stay with friends and family. The staff is polite, and the accommodations were well kept. The area is tidy. The breakfast menu is tasty, and the crew is attentive. When given even the smallest bit of food criticism, they quickly prepare something new. Especially thank for Rahul Singh F&B Manager comfort inn hotel.

Third class cheap mentality people. Iam a class one lady officer working in govt sector. The staff misbehaved n insulted me by searching my room. They told me to stay even after all the dues clearance. This was the most insulting n horrible experience I ever have during my stay. I will never visit in such a hotel who insults his customers in such a horrible way. I mean what are they searching for after my dues clearance. What can I steal from their hotel. Why they kept me awaited when my bus was leaving in about half an hour from lakhimpur to delhi. What is this they are doing to their female customers in the name of formality to check the room after check out. Iam a lady veterinary officer recently transferred to District Lakhimpur n they are misbehaving me. Staff is so bad ever. Services are poor. No way I will never visit again in this hotel.
